Legal framework, privacy, and terms of use for GaiaSentinel.

Privacy Policy

Data collected: browsing data (server logs), forms (identity, contact), preferences (cookies where applicable). No collection beyond what is necessary for the stated purpose.

Purposes: responding to requests, securing the service, improving content, aggregated analytics. No sale of data.

Legal basis: consent, contract performance, legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention).

Retention: periods proportionate to purpose and legal obligations. Messages and technical logs are kept for limited durations.

Sharing: technical providers (hosting, backup, anti-abuse) under confidentiality clauses. No unnecessary transfers outside Switzerland without adequate safeguards.
